When you hire a Driver, you can rest assured that they have undergone an identity and background check and our custom Driver training. We have a zero policy and will remove all drivers that do not follow our rules.

Plans change. We get it. Cancel and rebook any Driver. If you cancel a confirmed booking within 24 hours of its scheduled start time, you will not be charged the Driver's hourly rate. If your Driver is booked within a 2-5 hour window and you want to cancel you will be charged 50% of the booking fee. If you cancel within one hour of the start time you will be charged 100% of the Driver's hourly rate. We have this policy because Drivers are setting aside time and turning down other work in order to respond to your booking request.
